|Onion soup mix||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets)|
|Olive oil/Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lime juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder with parsley||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Boneless skinless chicken breasts||1 Pound, cut into thin strips|
|Frozen assorted vegetables||2 Cup (32 tbs), partially thawed and drained|
|Hot cooked rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In 12-inch skillet, blend onion soup mix, oil, water, lime juice and garlic powder; let stand 5 minutes.
Bring to a boil over high heat; stir in chicken and vegetables.
Cook uncovered, stirring frequently, 5 minutes or until chicken is done
