Santa Fe Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Onion soup mix 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets)
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder with parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 Pound, cut into thin strips
  Frozen assorted vegetables 2 Cup (32 tbs), partially thawed and drained
  Hot cooked rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In 12-inch skillet, blend onion soup mix, oil, water, lime juice and garlic powder; let stand 5 minutes.
Bring to a boil over high heat; stir in chicken and vegetables.
Cook uncovered, stirring frequently, 5 minutes or until chicken is done
