Rotini Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Rotini 6 Ounce, uncooked (Half Of A 12 Ounce Package)
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Whole boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 , cut into strips
  Broccoli flowerets 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Carrot curls 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced red onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chicken flavored instant bouillon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tarragon leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Prepare Rotini as package directs; drain.
In large skillet, heat oil; add chicken, broccoli, carrots and onion.
Cook and stir over medium heat until broccoli is tender-crisp.
Add water, bouillon and tarragon; cook and stir until chicken is cooked through.
Add hot cooked rotini and Parmesan cheese; toss to coat.
