Rotini Stir Fry
|Rotini||6 Ounce, uncooked (Half Of A 12 Ounce Package)|
|Olive oil/Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Whole boneless skinless chicken breasts||2 , cut into strips|
|Broccoli flowerets||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Carrot curls||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced red onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chicken flavored instant bouillon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Tarragon leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Prepare Rotini as package directs; drain.
In large skillet, heat oil; add chicken, broccoli, carrots and onion.
Cook and stir over medium heat until broccoli is tender-crisp.
Add water, bouillon and tarragon; cook and stir until chicken is cooked through.
Add hot cooked rotini and Parmesan cheese; toss to coat.
