|Seasoned bread crumbs||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter milk||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Or As Required)|
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Mix bread crumbs, flour and parmesan cheese together; set aside.
Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk and then dip in crumb mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes, turning, then baking 20 minutes more.
