|Oil/Butter||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
1 Preheat the oven to 375°F(190°C).
2 Fill the cavity of chicken with the stuffing of your choice.
3 Place chicken in a roasting pan with oil.
4 Roast for 1 1/2- 2 hours, basting frequently.
5 If chicken sticks to the bottom of the pan, add more oil or butter.
6 Carve and serve.
