Would you like to try an easy to make but great in taste Roast Chicken recipe? My friends tried this dish the other day and they simply adored it. Do I need to say more?
Ingredients
  Chicken 1 1⁄2 Kilogram (3 pound)
  Oil/Butter 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 375°F(190°C).

MAKING
2 Fill the cavity of chicken with the stuffing of your choice.
3 Place chicken in a roasting pan with oil.
4 Roast for 1 1/2- 2 hours, basting frequently.
5 If chicken sticks to the bottom of the pan, add more oil or butter.

SERVING
6 Carve and serve.
