Finger Lickin Chicken
|Whole chicken breasts||3 , halved|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Place chicken in baking dish, skin side down.
Mix honey, mustard, curry and soy sauce.
Pour over chicken and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
Turn chicken skin side up.
Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Baste well with sauce and continue baking, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
Spoon remaining sauce over chicken and serve.
