Chili Cranberry Chicken
|Chili sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whole berry cranberry sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange marmalade||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground allspice||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Skinless boneless chicken breast halves||1 1⁄2 Pound, pounded (6 Pieces)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Teaspoon|
Combine first 4 ingredients; set aside.
In large skillet, slowly brown chicken on both sides in oil.
Pour reserved chili sauce mixture over chicken.
Simmer, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked and sauce is of desired consistency, turning and basting occasionally.
