Honey Mustard Bbq Chicken Stir Fry
|Couscous pasta||10 Ounce (1 Box)|
|Skinless boneless chicken||1 Pound, cut into strips|
|Red bell pepper||1 Medium, cut into thin strips|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Honey mustard||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Tangy)|
|Barbecue sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Prepare couscous according to package directions.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook and stir chicken in batches 5 to 10 minutes or until browned.
Transfer to bowl.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet until hot.
Cook and stir vegetables 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Return chicken to skillet.
Stir in 2/3 cup water, mustard and barbecue sauce.
Heat to boiling, stirring often.
