1. Wash chicken. Tie legs together and tie wings to body of chicken.
2. Season with "Microshake" for chicken.
3. Place chicken in baking dish, breast side down.
4. Insert probe in thickest part of thigh close to the breast. Do not let probe touch bone.
5. Touch Clear. Touch Auto Roast and 3. Touch Start.
6. At pause after stage 1, turn chicken breast side up. Rotate 180 degrees and insert temperature probe in thickest part of thigh close to the breast.
