Mango And Chicken

|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Sesame seed||1 Tablespoon|
|Salt||1 1⁄4 Pinch|
|Black pepper||1 Pinch|
|Relish||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Wash the chicken breast fillets, pat them dry and rub them with the curry powder, sesame seed and salt.
Cover and set aside.
Heat the butter in a pan until it foams, add the fillets and saute 3 minutes on each side.
Cool to room temperature.
Peel and cut the mangos from the seed in clean slices.
Wash, dry and halve the tomatoes, remove the seeds.
Sprinkle the in-sides with salt and pepper and fill with 1 tablespoon of relish.
Cut the fillets in thin slices and arrange on a platter with the mango slices.
Sprinkle the meat with curry powder and toasted sesame seeds to taste.
