Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Macaroni
|Boneless skinless chicken breast halves||4 , cut into small pieces|
|Non stick spray||1|
|Canned chicken broth||14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Elbow macaroni/Small shells||8 Ounce, uncooked (2 Cups)|
|Velvetta pasteurized cheese product||3⁄4 Pound, cut up (12 Ounce)|
|Frozen chopped broccoli||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
Spray large skillet with non stick cooking spray.
Add chicken; cook and stir 2 minutes or until no longer pink.
Stir in broth.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in macaroni.
Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
Add Velveta and broccoli; stir until Velveta is melted.
