Marinated Chicken Wings Using Worcestershire Sauce
|Soy sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chicken wings||3 Pound|
Combine and heat soy sauce, sugar, butter, mustard and Sauterne until butter melts.
Spread wings in 13 x 9-inch baking pan and pour hot mixture over them.
Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Turn wings once after 30 minutes.
