Easy Chicken Supreme
|Chicken parts||5 Pound|
|Melted butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup||32 1⁄4 Ounce (3 Cans, 10 3/4 Ounce Each)|
In shallow roasting pan (18 x 12 x 2") or two (13 x 9 x 2" each), arrange chicken in single layer skin-side down.
Pour butter over chicken.
Bake at 400°F. for 25 minutes.
Turn chicken; bake 25 minutes more.
Blend soup, paprika, and pepper; pour over chicken.
Bake 20 minutes more or until chicken is tender
