Spinach Chicken Bake

  Seasoned dry bread crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Boneless skinless chicken breast halves 12
  Sliced green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce, thawed and well drained (1 Package)
  Boiled ham slices 4 Ounce, chopped (1 Package)

In a shallow dish combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Lightly coat chicken pieces with some of the crumb mixture.
Arrange in a 3-quart rectangular baking dish.
Reserve the remaining crumb mixture.
In a large saucepan cook green onions in hot margarine until tender.
Stir in flour.
Add milk all at once.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir for 1 minute more.
Stir in spinach and ham.
Spoon spinach mixture over chicken; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
Bake in a 350° oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink (170°F).
