Savory Chicken With Mushrooms & Spinach

Ingredients
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon (Divided)
  Boneless skinless chicken breast halves 1 Pound, pounded thin
  Fresh spinach leaves 8 Ounce, drained, rinsed
  Sliced mushrooms 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Fresh / Canned, Drained)
  Savory herb with garlic soup mix 2 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In 12-inch skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat and cook chicken until done; remove and keep warm.
In same skillet, heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat and cook spinach and mushrooms, stirring frequently, 3 minutes.
Stir in savory herb with garlic soup mix blended with water.
Bring to a boil over high heat; continue boiling, stirring occasionally, 1 minute or until sauce is thickened.
