Savory Chicken With Mushrooms & Spinach
|Olive oil/Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon (Divided)|
|Boneless skinless chicken breast halves||1 Pound, pounded thin|
|Fresh spinach leaves||8 Ounce, drained, rinsed|
|Sliced mushrooms||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Fresh / Canned, Drained)|
|Savory herb with garlic soup mix||2 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In 12-inch skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat and cook chicken until done; remove and keep warm.
In same skillet, heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat and cook spinach and mushrooms, stirring frequently, 3 minutes.
Stir in savory herb with garlic soup mix blended with water.
Bring to a boil over high heat; continue boiling, stirring occasionally, 1 minute or until sauce is thickened.
