Chicken Paprika

Ingredients
  Whole chicken breasts 2 , split and skinned
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Tomato juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot cooked noodles 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
Directions

In skillet over medium heat, brown chicken in butter about 15 minutes total.
Remove chicken; drain on paper toweling.
Add onion to skillet; cook till tender, Drain.
Stir tomato juice, paprika, 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash pepper into skillet.
Add chicken.
Cover; simmer 35 to 40 minutes or till tender.
Remove chicken to platter, Skim fat from juices.
Stir cornstarch into yogurt.
Stir 1/2. cup pan juices into yogurt; return all to skillet.
Cook and stir till thickened; do not boil.
