|Orange marmalade||16 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Broiler fryer chicken||1 , quartered|
In small bowl, combine orange marmalade, soy sauce, vinegar and garlic.
Brush both sides of chicken with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Lightly oil grid.
Grill chicken, skin-side up, on uncovered grill, over medium-hot briquets about 45 minutes or until fork-tender, turning often.
Brush chicken with marmalade sauce during last 20 minutes of grilling.
