Sweet And Tangy Chicken
|Chicken||3 1⁄2 Pound, cut up|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry onion soup mix||1 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Russian dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Bottled)|
|Apricot pineapple preserves||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Arrange chicken in 2-quart oblong glass baking dish with thickest meaty pieces to outside edges.
In small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion soup mix, dressing and preserves.
Pour over chicken.
Cover with vented plastic wrap.
Microwave at high (10) 18 to 26 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
