Mini Pitas With Curried Chicken

Ingredients
  Light mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Mango chutney 2 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Finely diced cooked chicken 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Diced unpeeled apple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced radishes 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Finely chopped green onions 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Mini pitas 10 (3 Inch / 8 Centimeter Size)
  Red leaf lettuce/Boston lettuce 1
Directions

1. In a bowl, blend mayonnaise, chutney and curry powder until smooth. Stir in chicken, apple, radishes and green onions; season with salt to taste.
2. Cut pitas in half to make pockets. Line each pocket with lettuce; spoon in chicken mixture. Arrange on serving plate.
