Baked Chicken Parisienne
|Chicken breasts/6 medium chicken breasts||4 Large|
|Cream and mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Canned mushrooms||3 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooking sherry||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place chicken breasts, skin side up, in an 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
Sprinkle generously with paprika.
Bake at 350° for 1-1 1/4 hours.
