Butter Chicken Parmesan
|Chicken||1 , cut into pieces|
|Parmesan cheese||4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place chicken, skin side down, on broiling pan.
Sprinkle heavily with cheese.
Dot tops with butter.
Broil about 25 minutes.
Turn pieces skin side up, and again sprinkle heavily with cheese, and dot with butter.
Cook for 7-10 minutes until crispy brown
