Sesame Grilled Chicken
|White wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|White vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sesame oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), sliced|
|Grated fresh ginger||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh thyme sprigs/1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed||2|
|Sesame seed||1 Tablespoon|
|Broiler fryer chicken||1 , quartered|
In shallow glass dish, combine all ingredients except chicken.
Add chicken; turn to coat with marinade.
Cover and refrigerate about 3 hours.
Drain chicken; reserve marinade.
Grill chicken, skin-side down, on covered grill, over medium-hot briquets 15 to 20 minutes, brushing often with marinade.
Turn and cook about 20 minutes longer or until fork-tender, brushing often with marinade.
