Micro Fried Chicken
|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|Dry bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 Tablespoon|
|Poultry seasoning||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Frying chicken||3 Pound, cut up|
Place butter and garlic in 2-quart glass baking dish.
Microwave on medium for 2 minutes or until melted.
Combine remaining ingredients, except chicken, in flat dish.
Roll chicken in seasoned butter, then in crumb mixture.
Place chicken pieces, skin side down and thick edges toward outside, in buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs.
Microwave on high for 12 minutes.
Turn chicken over and continue cooking on high for 10 to 12 minutes or until fork tender.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
