|Fryer chicken||1 , cut into pieces|
|Mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk/Cream||60 Milliliter (1/2 Soup Can)|
|Sherry||60 Milliliter (1/2 Soup Can)|
Brown chicken in butter.
Remove to casserole.
In a bowl, mix soup, milk or cream, and sherry.
Stir well; add to skillet.
Let cook until boiling point is reached.
Pour over chicken and put into preheated 350° oven.
Cook, covered, for 30 minutes; uncover, and continue to cook 30 minutes more.
