Herb Marinated Chicken Breasts
|Salad dressing||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Finely chopped green onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried basil leaves||2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Dried thyme leaves||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Whole chicken breasts||3 , split, boned, skinned|
Stir together dressing, wine, garlic, onion and seasonings.
Pour dressing mixture over chicken.
Cover; marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
Drain, reserving dressing mixture.
Place chicken on greased rack of broiler pan.
Broil 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until tender, brushing frequently with dressing mixture.
