Broiled Chicken With Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Broiler 1⁄4 (Per Person)
  Fresh lemon 1
  Melted butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Mushrooms 8 Large, chopped
  Marjoram 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Brandy 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Rub all sides of broiler pieces with lemon juice.
In saucepan, melt 6-8 tablespoons of the butter; add garlic.
Lay chicken, skin side down, on rack in 450° oven.
Brush with garlic butter.
Broil 12 minutes, turn and broil for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt 4 tablespoons butter in small skillet; add mushrooms, marjoram, salt, nutmeg and soy sauce.
Cook 5 minutes.
When chickens are golden brown, remove to pan.
Pour mushroom mixture over and bake at 300° for 20 minutes.
Pour warm brandy over and ignite.
Let flames die before serving
