Chicken And Fruit Kabobs
|Honey||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ginger||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped|
|Boneless skinless chicken breasts||4 Pound, cut into 1 -inch chucks|
|Plums||6 , pitted and quartered|
|Bananas||3 , cut in to chunks|
|Pineapple chunks||4 Cup (64 tbs) (About Half Of Medium Pineapple)|
Prepare grill for direct cooking.
Combine honey, lemon juice, mustard and ginger in small bowl; mix well.
Thread chicken and fruit onto skewers, alternating chicken with fruit; brush generously with honey mixture.
Place kabobs on grill about 4 inches from heat.
Grill 5 minutes on each side, brushing frequently with honey mixture.
Grill 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning and brushing frequently with remaining honey mixture.
Do not baste during last 5 minutes of grilling time.
Discard remaining honey mixture
