Chicken And Onion Bake
|Broiler fryer chicken||3 Pound, cut up|
|Condensed cream of chicken soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Snipped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Poultry seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Frozen small onion||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Place chicken pieces, skin side up, in a 12x7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish.
Stir together soup, parsley, and poultry seasoning, stir in onions.
Spoon over chicken.
Bake, covered, at 350° till chicken is tender, about 1 hour.
Stir sauce; sprinkle with paprika.
