Baby Chopped Chicken Liver
|Chicken livers||1⁄2 Pound|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hard cooked egg||2 (Yolks Only For Babies Under Six Months)|
Combine the livers and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Put the livers, eggs, and 1/4 cup of the cooking liquid in the container of a blender or food processor and puree.
Alternately, livers and eggs can be ground in a grinder or food mill and then blended with the liquid.
