Lemon Chicken Wings
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Green onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Ground thyme||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Chicken wings||3⁄4 Pound|
1. Place butter in 2-quart (8 x 8) glass baking dish.
2. Microwave on ROAST for about 1 1/2 minutes or until melted. Stir in remaining ingredients, except chicken wings. Fold chicken wing tip under drumstick joint. Coat wings with lemon butter. Place wings, thick edges toward outside, in baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
3. Microwave on HIGH for 8 minutes. Turn wings over and continue cooking on HIGH for 5 to 6 minutes or until fork tender. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
