Chicken Parmesan Hero Sandwiches
|Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves||4 (About 1 1/4 Pounds)|
|Egg||1 , lightly beaten|
|Seasoned dry bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Italian Style)|
|Pasta sauce||26 Ounce (Old World, 1 Jar, 1 Pound 10 Ounces)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Italian rolls||4 Large, halved lengthwise (Long Variety)|
Preheat oven to 400 °F.
Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs, coating well.
In 13X9-inch glass baking dish, arrange chicken.
Bake uncovered 20 minutes.
Pour Ragu Pasta Sauce over chicken, then top with cheese.
Bake an additional 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
