Chicken, Onions And Zucchini
|Chicken breasts||1 Pound, skinned, halved and boned (500 Gram)|
|Chopped fresh ginger||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Soy sauce||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), smashed and chopped|
|Pearl onions||8 , blanched|
|Yellow pepper||1 (In Bite-Size Pieces)|
|Red pepper||1 (In Bite-Size Pieces)|
|Oil||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
Cut chicken into 1/2 in (1.2 cm) cubes.
Place in bowl along with ginger, soya sauce and garlic; marinate 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Drain chicken and reserve marinade.
Alternate chicken, vegetables and lemon wedges on skewers.
Place in ovenproof dish and season well.
Baste with marinade and sprinkle with oil.
Broil 8 minutes in oven 6 in (15 cm) from top element.
Turn skewers over once and baste with marinade twice.
