Duck's Chicken

Italian-inspired gorgonzola-stuff, proscuitto-wrapped chicken.
Ingredients
  Chicken breast 6
  Gorgonzola cheese 500 Gram, slice
  Pesto 6 Tablespoon
  Prosciutto 300 Gram
  Castor oil 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chop
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven.

MAKING
2. Stuff Chicken Breast with Gorgonzola Cheese and smother pesto on the top.
3. Wrap the prosciutto around the chicken and place side by side in a baking pan.
4. Drizzle castor oil on top of the chicken and bake in the oven, until done.
5. Once done remove and transfer in a serving plate and garnish with parsley.

SERVING
6. Serve with a glass of chilled wine.
