Chicken With Cabbage
|Butter||4 Tablespoon, melted|
|Coffee cream||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Lard||1 Tablespoon (Or More If Needed)|
Disjoint broiler, season with salt and pepper, brown on both sides.
Cover pan and steam until tender.
Shred cabbage, boil in plain water 6 minutes.
Drain and season with salt, butter and lots of marjoram.
Add coffee cream to cabbage, and add to chicken and simmer for 5 minutes.
