|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs), seasoned with salt and pepper|
|Corn oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Accent seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped (Part Of Tops Included)|
|Sherry||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, minced|
Shake chicken in a paper bag with the flour.
Melt butter and oil together in a heavy skillet; brown chicken on all sides.
Add Accent, onion and sherry.
Cover and simmer gently for about 45 minutes until chicken is tender, turning and basting occasionally.
Remove to platter and keep warm.
Add mayonnaise to juices in the skillet and blend thoroughly until smooth, using a rotary beater if necessary.
Add parsley and salt.
