Smoked Beer Butt Chicken
|Lemon pepper||To Taste|
|Seasoned salt||To Taste|
|Garlic powder||To Taste|
|Ancho chili powder||To Taste|
|Cayenne powder||To Taste|
Combine about 2to3tbsp of each seasoning in an old shaker and mix well,
open up the beer and take a big swig
shove that can of beer right up the chickens bottom
set the chicken on a piece of foil and season making sure you get that rub all over the chicken.
heat your smoker to about 300 to 350 degrees with mesquite and smoke that dude till the internal temp is 180 degrees
be careful removing the chicken cause that beer and can is gonna be hot.
serve that sucker up with a mess of mashed potatoes and greens
