Inferno Buffalo Wings (Caution)

These wings are not intended for anyone under the age of 18, they are very hot but ooooooh soooooo goooooooood with a great flavor
Ingredients
  Chicken wings 1 (package)
  Cayenne pepper powder To Taste
  Red pepper powder To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Habanero pepper 3
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), chopped
  Wicked wing sauce 12 Ounce (Stubbs Inferno)
  Butter stick/6 teaspoon oil 1
Directions

Once you have cut the tips off and thrown them away, seperate the remaining wings at the joint.

season the wings with the cayenne, red pepper and salt.

place the butter in a large skillet and melt until sizzling.

add the wings and cook turning frequently until internal temp reads 180 degrees.

add the garlic and the peppers to the wings in the skillet and continue cooking for about 10 to 15 minutes.

add 1 full bottle of Stubbs and continue cooking stirrring and turning frequently until the sauce has thickened and began to coat the wings.

remove from heat, and place the wings along with the remaining sauce on a serving tray, serve with bleu cheese or ranch dressing.

Of course these are better if you smoke them first with mesquite wood prior to placing them in the skillet.
