Spicy Chicken Strombou
|Frozen broccoli florets||1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed|
|Canned diced chicken||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Shredded monterey jack cheese with jalapeno peppers||6 Ounce (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Chunky salsa||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green onions||2 , chopped|
|Refrigerated pizza dough||1 Can (10 oz)|
Preheat oven to 400 °F.
Coarsely chop broccoli.
Combine broccoli, chicken, cheese, salsa and onions in small bowl.
Unroll pizza dough.
Pat into 15X10-inch rectangle.
Sprinkle broccoli mixture evenly over top.
Starting with long side, tightly roll into log jelly-roll style.
Pinch seam to seal.
Place on baking sheet, seam side down.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Transfer to wire rack to cool slightly.
