Chicken Almond Wraps
|Five spice powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Boneless skinless chicken thighs||1⁄2 Pound|
|Bean sprouts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), rinsed well and drained|
|Minced green onions||2 Tablespoon (Green Parts Only)|
|Sliced almonds||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Hoisin sauce||4 Teaspoon|
|Hot chili sauce with garlic||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Romaine lettuce leaves/Iceberg lettuce||4 Large|
Preheat toaster oven to 350°F.
Sprinkle five spice powder over chicken thighs.
Place on toaster oven tray.
Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
Remove and dice chicken.
Place chicken in bowl.
Add bean sprouts, onions, almonds, soy sauce, hoisin sauce and chile sauce.
Stir gently but well.
