Chicken And Pepper With Oyster Sauce

A very simple and easy dish to prepare.
  Chicken 400 Gram, cubed
  Potatoes 300 Gram, cubed
  Red onion 2 Medium, quartered
  Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm), crushed
  Chopped basil 1 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Oyster sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon

# Heat extra virgin olive oil in a medium sized pot, roast potatoes until golden brown and set aside.
# Using the same pot, sauté onions for 1min.
# Add garlic, basil, chicken, ground pepper, oyster sauce and simmer for 3min.
# Add in roasted potatoes and simmer for 7min or until chicken and potatoes are well cooked.
