Beef Top Round Roast

This recipe for beef top round roast is amazing. You have fried beef and a wonderful white gravy over it. The beans and potaotes add to the taste.
Ingredients
  Beef round roast 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peppercorn 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  White gravy 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Flour mixture 3 Tablespoon
  Whole milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Flatten and trim the roast. In a bowl mix egg, milk and set aside. In another bowl, mix flour, peppercorns, salt. Now coat the roast in flour then in egg mixture and then again in flour. Now deep fry it for about 3 minutes from both sides. Keep it in low temperature in an oven and prepare white gravy.

White Gravy
Heat a pan and add oil and flour mixture to it. Stir it to form a paste. Add more oil if needed. Add milk slowly and stir contantly. The gravy is ready. Now serve it on the beef along with boiled beans and mashed potatoes. Enjoy....
