1. Dip each piece of chicken in the honey to coat it thinly all over. Mix together the wheat germ, parsley, thyme, basil, salt, and pepper.
2. Coat honeyed chicken with the wheat germ mixture.
3. Pour soy oil to a depth of 3/4 to 3/4 inch into a heavy skillet and heat. Add the chicken pieces in a single layer. Cook over medium to low heat until browned, turning several times.
4. Cover the skillet and cook until the chicken is done, about 10 minutes.
