Deviled Chicken Part 2 – Preparing The Dish

Our version of cooking DEVILED CHICKEN...
  Whole chicken 1
  Minced dried chili 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chicken powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sweet paprika powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Origano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 3 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon

In a small mixing bowl, mix all the spices, the salt, the oil and the lemon. Marinate the chicken for 30min, brushing every now and then the marinade on both sides. Preheat the oven for 10min over 200°C and cook the chicken 25min each side until nicely roasted.
