Chicken Balls

Ingredients
  Ground white chicken 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Finely minced parsley 2 Tablespoon (Fresh)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Fine bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated romano cheese 1 Tablespoon (Freshly Grated)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix together all ingredients, form into balls the size of large marbles and refrigerate several hours.
Cook in simmering salted water or broth 10 minutes.
