|Ground white chicken||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Finely minced parsley||2 Tablespoon (Fresh)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Fine bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated romano cheese||1 Tablespoon (Freshly Grated)|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Mix together all ingredients, form into balls the size of large marbles and refrigerate several hours.
Cook in simmering salted water or broth 10 minutes.
