Spaghetti With Chicken Livers
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Chicken livers||6 , cut into small pieces|
|Canned tomatoes with juice||14 Ounce (1 Can, Preferably Italian)|
|Basil leaves/1/2 teaspoon dry||3|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Heat in large skillet.
Saute until onion is golden.
Add and saute for a minute.
Add and cook on a medium heat for 15 minutes, until tomatoes are well-combined, stirring often.
Add pasta and toss.
Sprinkle over pasta and mix well.
