Dressed Chicken Breasts With Angel Hair Pasta
|Ranch salad dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Prepared)|
|Dijon mustard||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Whole chicken breasts||4 Pound, halved, skinned, boned and pounded thin|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Angel hair pasta||10 Ounce, cooked, drained|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
In small bowl, whisk together salad dressing and mustard; set aside.
In medium skillet, saute chicken in butter until browned; transfer to dish.
Pour wine into skillet; cook over medium-high heat, scraping up any browned bits from bottom of skillet, about 5 minutes.
Whisk in dressing mixture; blend well.
