Quick Chicken Divan
|Dairy sour cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Onion soup mix||1 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Frozen broccoli spears||20 Ounce, cooked, drained (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)|
|Cut up cooked chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Coarsely Cut)|
|Cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Mix sour cream with onion soup.
Arrange broccoli in a buttered shallow casserole.
Spoon half the sauce over the broccoli.
Cover with chicken.
Fold whipped cream into remainder of sour cream mixture and spoon over chicken.
Bake in a 375° F.oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
