Baked Chicken Or Turkey With Poultry Bouquet

|Celery||120 Milliliter, diced (1/2 Cup)|
|Fresh garlic||15 Milliliter, chopped (1 Tablespoon)|
|Crimini mushrooms/Portabello, if available||6 Ounce (180 Grams)|
|Poultry bouquet||2⁄3 Ounce, leaves chopped (1 Package)|
|Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts/Turkey breast||1 1⁄2 Pound (683 Grams, Boneless And Skinless)|

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
Heat half the oil, add onion, celery and garlic and saute for 5 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and half the herbs and cook another 2 minutes.
Transfer to a shallow baking dish.
Add remaining oil to the skillet and brown the poultry, about 2 minutes per side.
Place poultry over mushroom mixture and cover with foil.
Bake for 15 minutes.
