Roasted Chicken Legs
|Butter||3 Tablespoon (45 ml)|
|Hot water||125 Milliliter (1/2 cup)|
– Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
– Place a pat of butter on each chicken leg, and season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
– Place chicken legs in a large casserole dish and cook in oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender,
– During cooking process, baste with hot water combined with a small amount of melted butter, and turn from time to time.
