  Chicken 2 Pound (1 Pack)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 4 Cup (64 tbs)

1. Rub salt and pepper to chicken and set aside.
2. Mix water, flour and salt to make a smooth batter.
3. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
4. Heat oil. Coat the chicken in batter.
5. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown.
6. Serve.

Fried chicken wings is one of the most amazing dish I have ever come across! I think I'd love to use cornflour instead of all-purpose one simply cause cornflour gives a more crispy feel to the wings...
