  Onions 3 Medium, quartered
  Green pepper 1 , cut into 1/4-inch strips
  Cabbage 720 Milliliter, sliced thin (3 Cups)
  Carrots 240 Milliliter, sliced diagonally (1 Cup)
  Green onions 60 Milliliter, sliced (1/4 Cup)
  Cauliflower florets 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Broccoli florets 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Celery stalks 3 , sliced diagonally
  Frozen pea pods 10 Ounce (300 Gram, 1 Package)
  Cooked chicken 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Sliced mushrooms 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)

Put oil, butter and onions into a 3-quart casserole.
Microwave uncovered on high for 3 minutes until hot.
Mix in peppers, cabbage, carrots, onions, cauliflower, broccoli, celery and pea pods.
Microwave on high, covered, for 4 minutes.
